Duties and Responsibilities Vision and ValuesAs Spa Guest Services Agent (Spa GSA) Trainee, I fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses to help people reconnect with themselves, others and the world around them, plus our values of local sensitivity and global sensibility, crafted experiences, emotional hospitality, responsible and caring, fun and quirky and pioneering wellness. By embracing the Six Senses vision and values, I will deliver an exceptional experience for guests.Operational Ownership In this role, I will be assisting our Spa team.I will abide by Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal team. My duties and responsibilities will include:
• Attend all meetings and training sessions as scheduled by supervisors.
• Support the setup and smooth running of daily operations at the spa reception, ensuring Six Senses Spa standards are consistently met.
• Keep the reception area and spa front of house clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Assist with making, reconfirming, and verifying guest bookings, including appointment scheduling for the following days.
• Help manage guest profiles with accuracy, avoiding duplication and ensuring records are updated.
• Escort guests to designated areas, explaining the spa journey and enhancing their overall experience.
• Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in serving welcome drinks or other menu offerings to guests as required.
• Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to all guests at all times.
• Support the promotion and offering of retail products, ensuring the retail area is well-presented and aligned with standards.
• Replace towels and amenities as needed to maintain standards.
• Report and log any lost and found items, guest incidents, or equipment issues to management.
• Support management with additional tasks as required to ensure smooth spa operations.
• Uphold Six Senses operational guidelines and service standards, striving to exceed performance benchmarks and comply with LQA standards.

Skills and Experience To execute the position of Spa GSA Trainee, I am studying a hospitality diploma/degree from a hospitality school. Having experience in a similar role it will be a plus. Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including PMS. I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and a little bit of Spanish. I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services.
