We are looking for a Freelance Pilates Instructor who shares our belief that movement is a form of balance, strength, and self-care.Reporting to the Spa & Recreation Manager, you will guide guests and members through Pilates sessions that inspire alignment, core strength, and mindful presence, creating experiences that leave the body energized and the mind centered.What You’ll Do
• Lead private and group Pilates sessions (mat and/or equipment-based) for guests and members.
• Assess individual needs and design customized programs aligned with their fitness and wellness goals.
• Ensure proper technique, posture, and safety in every class.
• Create an atmosphere that motivates, engages, and nurtures each participant.
• Collaborate with the Spa & Recreation team on wellness activations and retreats.
What You Bring
• Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat and/or Reformer).
• Minimum 2 years of experience, ideally within a wellness or hospitality environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A professional, inspiring presence that encourages confidence and connection.
• Ability to work independently with flexibility and creativity.
• Appropriate Visa issued by the UAE.
